A simple breakdown of my experience
During my two-night stay, I found the front desk personnel exceptionally welcoming, and the room was a perfect retreat. This place is clean, quiet, and close to the wharf and fantastic dining options—ideal for unwinding after exploring the town. Plus, the parking was conveniently located right across the street!

The location of the Arms is perfect for exploring Lunenburg, just a couple of streets from the waterfront. The view from the 3rd-floor room was enchanting, overlooking charming buildings and the waterfront. The on-site restaurant provided an excellent dining experience, and the staff was consistently friendly and courteous. The hotel's pet-friendly policy made our stay even more enjoyable, allowing us to bring our dog along.
A bit of a downside was the limited dining options during the week.

The room noise can be bothersome. it backed onto a loading dock, making mornings noisy due to early deliveries. The air conditioning unit was too loud to run while sleeping, and nearby traffic echoed through the thin walls, limiting the ability to keep windows open.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! The location was perfect for exploring nearby historic spots and trying out local restaurants. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Don't miss out on the beautiful views and the quiet atmosphere during your visit.
I experienced some issues with the limited parking options, which can be frustrating. It seemed to be first come first served, so plan accordingly.

The Standard Queen Room was cozy but on the smaller side, which was a bit of a bummer. The decor was simple, and the wooden floor gave it a rustic feel. There wasn't much space to move around, and it could’ve used a little more charm. The wooden shutters were a nice touch, and I appreciated the quietness of the room. However, the breakfast options were really limited, just a few muffins and lukewarm drinks.

We arrived on a chilly summer day and fell in love with the cozy room and comfy beds. The spa offered a rejuvenating facial and relaxing body scrub that was a perfect treat after our day of exploring. Just a heads up, it would’ve been nice to have an in-house dining option, but the local eateries we tried were fantastic! 😊

Solo traveler perfect retreat
The staff was fantastic and super friendly, helped me find a great restaurant and even called ahead for me. The room was massive it had a full kitchen and a huge TV which made relaxing after exploring quite enjoyable.
It wasn't cheap but acceptable for the experience I got.
